1. Eligibility
The competition is open to all pet owners (Cats and Dogs) residing in Hong Kong.Participants must be at least 18 years of age. If the participant is under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.Staff members of Petsona, Po Leung Kuk, and V Mart are not eligible to enter the competition to ensure fairness.

2. Submission Guidelines
All entries must be submitted via the official landing page between 10 January 2026 and 21 January 2026 (23:59 HKT).Photos must feature a Lunar New Year theme.Strict No-AI Policy: All submitted photos must be authentic photographs. Use of AI-generated images, AI-replaced backgrounds, or significant AI-driven modifications is strictly prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry suspected of using AI technology.Participants must ensure their social media accounts (IG/FB) are set to "Public" until 8 February 2026 for verification purposes.

3. Selection & Voting (Preliminary Round)
The Top 10 Finalists will be determined solely by the number of "Likes" on the submitted social media post as of 1 February 2026 (23:59 HKT).The use of automated "like" bots or purchasing fake engagement is strictly prohibited. If irregular voting patterns are detected, the organizers reserve the right to disqualify the entry without prior notice.Finalists will be notified via WhatsApp/Email on or before 3 February 2026. Finalists must confirm their attendance for the Grand Finale by 5 February 2026, or their spot may be forfeited to the next runner-up.

4. Grand Finale (Live Event)
The Grand Finale will take place on 8 February 2026 at Victoria Park, Causeway Bay.Finalists are responsible for the safety and behavior of their pets at the event. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier when not on stage.The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

5. Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.For the Petsona Customized Food prize, winners must provide accurate health data to Petsona to facilitate the formulation. Petsona reserves the right to determine the duration and volume of the food subscription based on the pet's size and needs.

6. Intellectual Property & Privacy
By entering, participants grant V Mart and Petsona a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes across all platforms.Personal data collected (e.g., name, contact, pet health data) will be used for competition administration and, where opted-in, for marketing purposes by Petsona in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

7. General
The organizers (V Mart & Petsona) reserve the right to amend these terms, prizes, or event schedules at any time without prior notice.In the event of any dispute, the decision of V Mart and Petsona shall be final and binding.
